This excellent sheet by Dutch decal features markings for 7 aircraft. The markings are on very thin carrier film with very good colour definition. The only flaw is that the SEAC markings are slightly out of register. The manufacturer has added a note explaining that on future sheets this will be corrected.

Markings for the 7 aircraft are as follows,

  • Fairy Barracuda MkIII HMS Illustrious 1948 in overall Royal Blue

  • Fairy Firefly NF1 812 Sqn Black Flight HMS Glory 1950 in Medium Sea Grey/Dark Green

  • Seafire FRIII 801/880 Sqn HMS Implacable 1945 in Dark Slate Grey/Extra Dark Sea Grey/Sky

  • Douglas Skyraider AEW1 849 Sqn HMS Bulwark 1956 in overall Gloss Sea Blue

  • De Havilland Hornet F Mk3 80 Sqn Kai Tak 1954 in Dark Sea Grey/Dark Green/PRU Blue

  • Supermarine Spitfire Mk16 601 Sqn 1950 in overall silver

  • Martin Baltimore MkIV 728 Sqn 1947 in overall natural metal.
